Combinations of all possible options are too numerous to list, however, two samples are provided for your inspection and enjoyment. "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" is used for both samples. This will make it easy to see the effects your chosen options would have if "Twinkle" were your very own composition or arrangement.
