For our clients:

Original Work
     Any "original" music submitted to Robyn's Joyful Noise for notation services is declared by client to be an original piece of music with no copyright holders other than client. 

Copyrighted Work
     In general, copyrighted work cannot be copied, marketed, arranged or notated without permission from the holder(s) of copyright.  Any copyrighted music is declared by client as having received permission to do the work submitted to Robyn's Joyful Noise. 

Indemnification
     Client agrees to indemnify and hold RJN, its officers and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any party due to or arising out of work prepared for client by RJN.
